Cancellation Policy

This form alone does not confirm your appointment. All bookings will be confirmed via phone. We know things can come up, so should you need to cancel please do so 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged the full booking amount.
